Leaf Peeping / Contemplando Hojas / Blattgucken is a poetic short film that pairs stunning visuals of autumn foliage with an original poem by Merv Nickleman. Filmed at Maynooth University in County Kildare, Ireland, the piece captures the beauty of seasonal change through both imagery and spoken word.

Director:

Vince Breheny is a writer, director, and actor with an extensive creative background in both film and stage. As the founder of Merv Nickleman Studios, he has developed a wide range of stories and characters, including the internationally recognized poet Merv Nickleman.

His work includes multiple award-winning independent short films, as well as notable stage performances such as It’s a Wonderful Life and Almost Maine. Breheny’s creative approach focuses on collaboration and pushing artistic boundaries to bring projects to their fullest potential.
