Film Description

Joshua Trees: Will They Survive? explores the uncertain future of one of the desert’s most iconic species. Joshua trees, ancient and slow-growing, are increasingly threatened by climate change, wildfires, and the loss of their desert habitat.

Once widespread across the Mojave Desert, these remarkable plants are now declining faster than they can adapt to rapidly changing environmental conditions. The film highlights the urgent challenges facing Joshua trees and raises questions about whether this unique species can survive into the next century.
